The Future Inns Hotel Investment Sub-Fund (the "Sub-Fund") is part of The Premier Property Options Fund plc (the
"Fund") which is an experienced investor fund and complies with the requirements of the Isle of Man Financial Supervision (Experienced Investor Fund) (Exemption) Order 1999, as amended (the
"Order"). Shares in the Fund are only available to persons whom IFG Fund Administration (IOM) Limited considers to be sufficiently experienced to understand the risks associated with an investment in the
Fund and who are willing to invest more than a minimum specified amount.
The value of Shares in the Fund and the income produced can fall as well as rise. Investors may not get back the value of their original investment.
The Fund is not subject to any form of regulation or approval in the Isle of Man and investors are not protected by any Isle of Man statutory compensation arrangements in the event of the failure of the
Fund. The Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission does not vouch for the financial soundness of the
Fund or for the correctness of any statements made or opinions expressed with regard to the
Fund.
Before making an investment in the Fund you should carefully consider in advance of your application both the Scheme Particulars and the Supplementary Memorandum for the Future Inns Hotel Investment Sub-Fund (the
"Supplementary Memorandum") and take note in particular of the investment policy
and the risk factors relating thereto. Your application shall be made solely on
the terms of the Scheme Particulars, Supplementary Memorandum and subject to the
Fund's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
